Any ISTA Test method recommended to follow for Asia supply chains with manual handling & deal piling?

I work in Asia & have to ship cases very often (having 12 plastic bottles with liquid inside of 1kg) in container (without Pallet), cases stacked one over another. Manually handled between various transits. we generally ship within Asia having supply chain with truck, ship, truck. Temperature goes from very high like India to quite low as well like Korea in Winter. We generally ship from Vietnam to China or India or Korea. Altitudes are also different in various countries vs. where we manufacture in Vietnam.
I am keen to understand:
- if ISTA has any recommended test method to do all this via simulation & still can predict what might happen during actual supply chain?
- Does ISTA has clients in ASia who faces similar challenges? How was your protocols able to support them?
I have more questions which i may ask over phone if i can get right technical person contact details in Asia for same.
