Are there any requirements about how to properly erect railing around a transit tester to not impact the 1B test>

We own a 1250-SVMCLNTI transit tester and have erected a railing around the exterior to prevent our double stacked product from falling and hurting someone. Do we need to follow any regulations related to controlling the distance that our shipping package is from this rail? Do we need to install boards on the tester to prevent our shrinkwrapped double stacked packaging from vibrating to the edge of the tester and possibly hit the rail?
