Atmospheric conditioning sequences

As per ISTA 3A "Before you Begin Procedure 3A" on the atmospheric conditioning step it states the following: "If more than one conditioning sequence is selected, a new and complete test should be performed following each sequence." My question is: if i want to submit the test sample to extreme cold and hot humid does i have to submit the sample to all the distribution simulation between the 2 atmospheric conditionings and after the last one? Would i have to submit the sample to 2 distribution simulation cycles? Thanks!
