Can changes to the corrugated board grade be made on an ISTA certified package without recertifying the package?

Example: ISTA shipper member has a package ISTA certified with corrugated box company A. The shipper moves the business to box company B and box company B would like to make minor modifications to the certified shipping box. Is this allowed without recertifying or does this null and void the original certification?

Answers

This would null and void the original certifition for the packaged-product. Changing the grade of the corrugated board in a packaged-product's corrugated components requires a retest.
