If I am a certified ISTA lab and I am testing my own packages do i need to send a report of each test to ISTA?

My goal is to be able to perform testing and ISTA certification on packages that are designed by my firm. My hope is that I can use the ISTA certifed bug on all boxes that have past testing without having to submit all test results back to the ISTA.

Only shipper members of ISTA who have signed a manufacturer's license agreement are eligible to print or affix the Transit Tested Certification Mark on their packaged-products. These members must be under a signed Manufacturer's License Agreement.
