If I nest multiple ISTA certified containers into a master shipping box, are the nested container still certified?

Multiple certified containers when combined in a master shipping would become a different configuration with a different dimension and mass, therefore could experience different handling hazards and therefore would have to be tested differently than was tested as individual containers to become a certified package system.

No, placing multiple packages of a previously tested singular pack into a master shipping box is not considered certified because the singular package passed testing. The increased weight, package size and interaction of internal packages creates dynamics for which have not been previously tested.
