Answers

ISTA test procedures are intended for the testing of packaged-products as a whole. Pallets are tested in situations where a product is being shipped on a pallet for actual distribution. There are several ISTA testing procedures that can be utilized for testing packaged-product being shipped on a pallet. ISTA, however, does not have what you might classify as a "Materials Test" specifically for pallets.
