What is / are the best test scenarios for pharma shipping in the 2-8°C for 100h?

My company has developed a new pallet size shipping container for the logstics of pharma goods in the 2-8°C zone. It withstands 100h @23°C, but we would like to do further testing. What scenarios would you recommend? We are thinking about 38°C - i.e. in extreme climates as in Dubai/ Australia and the likes. At what temperatures below 0°C would you run the test?

What would be a tough test cycel (varying the temperature) as a true shipment would undergo?

Would you include humidity? And if yes, at what levels for the respective temperatures.

best regards,

Richard

A common hot scenario is 40°C at 90% RH and a common cold one is -18°C uncontrolled RH. You may want to find a ISTA CTP to consult with regarding the cycling requirements, as this is their specialty.
