What test would best simulate the usage of a clamp truck?

We are seeing consistent damage in three areas on a product, and the belief is that it is due to a clamp truck. What test would be best to simulate the usage of a clamp truck, or prove that the damage is not due to a clamp truck and the product can withstand the force? I personally don't believe it is, i am just looking for what test can best validate it isn't.

6-SAMS has a clamp test but I don't know if it is appropriate for your situation. I might be able to help you understand what could be be causing your issue if you want to share some photos (

There are a number of testing labs across the world that have clamp testing equipment. They can assist with testing if you can give them details of your distribution system and (ideally) the clamp pressures of the clamp trucks. In North America, you can contact Sonoco in Nashville or Micom in Montreal. In China, check with HQTS-QAI in Hangzhou or ITS (Shenzhen location only). Feel free to followup with more details and I can provide more information.

If you are looking to purchase package testing equipment, Cascade sells a clamp stand and clamp attachment that can be incorporated into a lab setting.
