a customer asked us for our ista testing documentation. What would they require?

We ship mirror doors packaged for retail and shipped on a pallet to our customers. One of them asked for the ISTA testing documentation without any specifications of what level testing. What would you think this is?

Answers

Your customer is most likely looking for a test report or document showing that your packaged-product has passed an ISTA testing procedure. This testing can be performed at an ISTA Certified Testing Laboratory. You can locate a laboratory close to your location using the "Find A Lab" feature on our website. I recommend contacting your customer directly to find out more information with regard to their testing requirements.

Please contact ISTA if you have any other inquiries about ISTA testing procedures.
